Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: March 4, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the prohibited activities and acceptable conduct for using Live From Wisco LLC's Services. By using our Services, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service and other policies.

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services to engage in any of the following activities:

• Illegal Activities: Using the Services for any purpose that is illegal under applicable federal, state, local, or international law.

• Harassment and Abuse: Harassing, threatening, stalking, or abusing other users, including sending unwanted messages or engaging in targeted harassment campaigns.

• Hate Speech: Posting content that promotes discrimination, disparages, or demeans individuals or groups based on protected characteristics including race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or age.

• Violence and Threats: Posting content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies violence, self-harm, or contains threats of harm to any person or group.

• Sexually Explicit Content: Posting pornographic, sexually suggestive, or adult content that is not appropriate for a general audience.

• Spam and Deceptive Practices: Sending unsolicited bulk messages, engaging in deceptive marketing practices, or operating fraudulent schemes.

• Intellectual Property Infringement: Posting content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of others.

• Privacy Violations: Posting private or confidential information about others without their consent, including personal identifying information.

• Security Threats: Attempting to compromise the security of the Services, including hacking, phishing, distributing malware, or exploiting vulnerabilities.

• System Abuse: Overloading our infrastructure with excessive requests, engaging in denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise interfering with the proper functioning of the Services.

2. Content Standards

Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on the Services:

• Content that depicts or describes non-consensual sexual activity

• Content that depicts sexual activity involving minors or promotes child exploitation

• Content that promotes or glorifies terrorism, extremist ideologies, or hate groups

• Content that provides instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or harmful substances

• Content that promotes eating disorders, self-harm, or suicide

• Content that contains false or misleading information designed to deceive or harm

• Content that violates the privacy or publicity rights of others

Content Rating Requirements

All content must be accurately rated according to our content rating system. Intentionally misrating content to bypass filters is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

3. User Interaction Standards

Communication Guidelines

When interacting with other users, you must:

• Treat all users with respect and civility

• Engage in good faith discussions and debates

• Respect differing opinions and perspectives

• Avoid personal attacks, insults, or derogatory language

• Report inappropriate content through proper channels rather than engaging with it

Prohibited Interactions

• Coercing, manipulating, or pressuring other users

• Engaging in coordinated harassment or brigading campaigns

• Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions

• Impersonating others, including staff members or other users

• Soliciting personal information from minors or vulnerable users

4. Commercial Use Restrictions

The following commercial activities are prohibited without explicit written permission from Live From Wisco:

• Using the Services to advertise competing products or services

• Operating commercial accounts or business pages without proper authorization

• Engaging in multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, or similar business models

• Selling access to the Services or user data

• Using automated tools for commercial purposes without approval

5. Technical Restrictions

Automated Access

You may not use automated tools, scripts, bots, or other automated methods to access the Services without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law and our published API terms.

Reverse Engineering

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying ideas of the Services.

Security Measures

You may not circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services, including features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content.

6. Enforcement and Consequences

Violation Detection

We use a combination of automated systems and human review to detect violations of this AUP. We may also investigate reports from users regarding potential violations.

Consequences

Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions:

• Warning or educational notice about the violation

• Temporary suspension of account privileges

• Removal of violating content

• Permanent account termination

• Reporting to law enforcement when illegal activity is involved

• Pursuit of legal remedies for damages caused by violations

Appeal Process

If you believe your content or account has been unfairly restricted, you may appeal the decision by contacting our support team at [email protected]. All appeals will be reviewed within 7 business days.

7. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this AUP, please report it through our in-app reporting system or by contacting our support team. When reporting, please provide:

• Description of the violation

• Location of the violating content (usernames, post IDs, etc.)

• Screenshots or other evidence when available

• Any additional context that may help our review

We investigate all reports in accordance with our Content Moderation Policy and take appropriate action based on our findings.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, user behavior, or applicable laws. When we make material changes, we will notify users through in-app notifications, email, or other appropriate means.

Your continued use of the Services after updates to this AUP constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
