Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE) Policy
Effective Date: March 3, 2026
This policy outlines how Live From Wisco LLC ("Live From Wisco," "we," "us," or "our") prevents, detects, and responds to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) material on our platform. We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward any content that sexually exploits or endangers children.
1. Zero-Tolerance Statement
LiveFromWisco maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) material. Any content that sexually exploits or endangers children is strictly prohibited on our platform. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
• Content that sexualizes minors
• Predatory or grooming behavior directed at minors
• Sextortion or coercion of minors
• Trafficking of minors
• Any content that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates the sexual exploitation of children
This policy applies to all user-generated content on the platform, including photos, captions, profile information, and any other submissions.
2. Prevention Measures
A. Content Review Before Publication
All user-submitted photos undergo mandatory human review by trained moderators or administrators before they are published to the feed. No user-generated photo content appears on the platform without prior approval. This pre-publication review process serves as a critical first line of defense against CSAE material.
B. User Reporting System
LiveFromWisco provides an in-app reporting mechanism that allows any authenticated user to flag content or other users for violations. Users can submit reports with the following categories:
• Nudity — inappropriate or exploitative imagery
• Harassment — abusive or predatory behavior
• Spam — unsolicited or deceptive content
• Copyright — unauthorized use of material
• Other — any additional concern, including suspected CSAE
Users may include additional details with their report to assist moderators in evaluating the flagged content.
C. Age Requirement
LiveFromWisco requires all users to be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an account and use the platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from or allow registration by individuals under the age of 18.
3. Detection & Response
A. Moderator Review Workflow
When CSAE content is identified — whether through the pre-publication review process, user reports, or any other means — the following actions are taken:
• Immediate Rejection & Deletion — The content is immediately rejected and permanently deleted from all storage systems, including cloud storage. No copies are retained except as required for law enforcement reporting.
• Account Suspension — The account associated with the content is immediately banned from the platform.
• Report Documentation — An internal report is created documenting the incident, including the reporter (if applicable), the nature of the content, and all actions taken.
B. Alert System
Administrators receive immediate email notifications when reports are submitted. Reports involving potential CSAE content are treated with the highest priority and are escalated above all other moderation tasks.
C. Report Tracking
All reports are tracked through their lifecycle using the following statuses: Open (newly submitted, awaiting review), Reviewing (currently under active investigation), Resolved (action has been taken and the matter is closed), and Dismissed (determined to not be a violation after review). Reports involving suspected CSAE material are never dismissed without thorough investigation and documentation.
4. Reporting to Authorities
A. NCMEC Reporting
In compliance with U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), LiveFromWisco will report all apparent violations involving CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline. Reports to NCMEC will include all available information:
• The offending content (preserved solely for law enforcement purposes)
• Account information of the uploader
• Timestamps and metadata associated with the content
• IP addresses and device information, where available
• Any additional contextual information relevant to the investigation
B. Law Enforcement Cooperation
LiveFromWisco will fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies investigating CSAE matters. We will respond promptly to valid legal requests, subpoenas, and court orders related to such investigations.
C. Preservation of Evidence
When CSAE content is identified, relevant evidence is preserved as required by law for reporting to NCMEC and law enforcement, even after the content has been removed from the platform and the account has been banned.
5. Prohibited Content — Detailed Definitions
The following types of content are strictly prohibited and will trigger the enforcement actions described in Section 3:
• Visual depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct
• Digitally generated or AI-created imagery that depicts minors in sexual situations
• Content that sexualizes minors, even if the minor is not depicted in a sexually explicit act
• Grooming content — communications or content designed to build a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation
• Solicitation of sexually explicit material from or involving minors
• Sextortion — threatening to distribute intimate images of a minor
• Sex trafficking of minors or content that facilitates trafficking
• Content that normalizes sexual behavior with minors
6. Moderation Team Responsibilities
All moderators and administrators are expected to:
• Understand and enforce this CSAE policy during content review
• Immediately escalate any suspected CSAE content to the designated safety lead
• Not approve, share, or distribute any identified CSAE material under any circumstances
• Maintain confidentiality regarding active investigations
• Complete any required training on identifying and handling CSAE content
7. Transparency & Accountability
LiveFromWisco is committed to:
• Regularly reviewing and updating this policy to align with evolving legal requirements and industry best practices
• Maintaining clear internal documentation of all CSAE-related incidents and actions taken
• Cooperating with platform safety organizations and industry coalitions working to combat CSAE
8. User Education & Reporting
LiveFromWisco encourages users to report any content or behavior that may involve the exploitation of children. Reporting can be done directly within the app by using the Report function on any photo or user profile. All reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team.

9. Enforcement Summary
• CSAM Uploaded — Immediate deletion, account ban, NCMEC report, law enforcement notification

• Sexualized Content Involving Minors — Immediate deletion, account ban, NCMEC report
• Sextortion of Minors — Immediate deletion, account ban, NCMEC report, law enforcement notification
• Failure to Report Known CSAE (Moderator) — Removal from moderation team, potential legal reporting
