Technical and Security Data
• Session records: Automatically deleted after refresh token expiration (typically 30 days of inactivity)
• IP addresses and access logs: Retained for 1 year for security and fraud prevention
• Screenshot detection events: Automatically deleted after 7 days
• Error logs and system diagnostics: Retained for 90 days for technical support
Financial and Transaction Data
• Payment records and receipts: Retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes
• Subscription information: Retained for the duration of subscription plus 7 years
• Refund and dispute records: Retained for 7 years for legal compliance
3. Data Deletion Process
Account Deletion
When you request account deletion:
• Your account is immediately deactivated
• Personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days
• Some data may be retained in anonymized form for analytics
• Legal and financial records may be retained as required by law
Content Removal
When you delete specific content:
• Content is immediately removed from public view
• Deleted content is permanently removed from our servers within 24 hours
• Backups may contain deleted content for up to 30 days for disaster recovery
4. Legal and Regulatory Requirements
We may retain certain data longer than standard retention periods when required by:
• Applicable laws and regulations
• Court orders or legal proceedings
• Government requests or investigations
• Tax and accounting requirements
• Industry-specific regulations
In such cases, we will retain only the minimum data necessary for the specific legal purpose and will securely delete it when no longer required.
