DMCA & Copyright Policy
Effective Date: March 4, 2026
Live From Wisco LLC respects intellectual property rights and expects our users to do the same. This DMCA & Copyright Policy outlines our approach to copyright infringement claims and our compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
1. Copyright Infringement Policy
It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our Services, please notify our designated copyright agent.
We will promptly investigate and take appropriate action under the DMCA, including removal of allegedly infringing material and termination of repeat infringers' accounts when appropriate.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
DMCA Notice Requirements
To file a DMCA notice, please provide the following information:
• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized person
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
• A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Designated Copyright Agent
Please send DMCA notices to:

3. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that material you posted was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification.
Counter-Notification Requirements
• A physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal district court
Send counter-notifications to the same address as DMCA notices.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a repeat infringer policy in accordance with the DMCA. Users who repeatedly post copyrighted material without authorization may have their accounts terminated.
We consider factors such as the number of valid DMCA notices received, the nature of the infringements, and the user's response to previous notices when determining whether to terminate an account for repeat infringement.
5. Fair Use and Transformative Content
We recognize that certain uses of copyrighted material may be protected under fair use doctrines. Factors considered in fair use analysis include:
• Purpose and character of the use (commercial vs. educational/transformative)
• Nature of the copyrighted work
• Amount and substantiality of the portion used
• Effect on the potential market for the copyrighted work
However, we do not make fair use determinations and will remove content upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, leaving legal defenses to be raised by the user through the counter-notification process.
6. User Content and Licensing
By posting content to our Services, you represent and warrant that:
• You own the content or have the necessary rights to post it
• The content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• You have obtained all necessary permissions for any copyrighted material included
You grant us a license to use your content as described in our Terms of Service, but you retain ownership of your original content.
7. Consequences of Copyright Infringement
Copyright infringement may result in:
• Immediate removal of infringing content
• Temporary or permanent account suspension
• Legal liability for copyright infringement
• Statutory damages and attorney fees under copyright law
8. International Copyright Considerations
Copyright protection exists internationally through various treaties and agreements. We respect copyright laws globally and will respond to infringement notices from copyright owners regardless of their location, subject to applicable international law.
