If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

The Services are intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We may terminate your account immediately if we discover that you have provided false information about your age.

To use certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Live From Wisco will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process in the application settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

You agree not to use the Services to:

All content you submit to the Services must comply with our Community Guidelines and Content Moderation Policy. We reserve the right to review, remove, or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content in connection with operating and improving the Services.

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Live From Wisco and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as permitted by these Terms.

"Live From Wisco," our logos, and other trade names, trademarks, and service marks are the property of Live From Wisco and may not be used without our prior written permission.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Some features of the Services may be available only through paid subscription plans. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process in the application settings. Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease at the end of the current billing period, and you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or behavior that harms other users or the Services.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. We may delete your account and all associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIVE FROM WISCO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold Live From Wisco and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or relating to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms and notify you by email or through a prominent notice within the Services. Your continued use of the Services after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
