This User Conduct Policy establishes the standards of behavior expected from all users of Live From Wisco. Our goal is to maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where everyone can share their Wisconsin experiences positively.
1. Expected Conduct
All users are expected to:
• Treat others with respect, kindness, and courtesy
• Be authentic and honest in all interactions
• Respect diverse opinions and perspectives
• Contribute positively to the community
• Follow all applicable laws and platform rules
• Protect the privacy and safety of others
2. Prohibited Conduct
Harassment and Bullying
• Targeted harassment, bullying, or intimidation
• Unwanted contact or persistent messaging
• Personal attacks, insults, or demeaning comments
• Doxxing or sharing private information without consent
Hate Speech and Discrimination
• Content that promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Slurs, derogatory terms, or hate symbols
• Content that glorifies or promotes hate groups
Threats and Violence
• Threats of violence, harm, or intimidation
• Content that encourages or depicts self-harm
• Glorification of violence or dangerous activities
Inappropriate Content
• Sexually explicit or pornographic content
• Graphic violence or disturbing imagery
• Content depicting illegal activities
3. Communication Standards
Appropriate Language
While we understand that casual conversation may include informal language, users should:
• Avoid excessive profanity or offensive language
• Use language appropriate for a diverse audience
• Consider the context and audience when communicating
Constructive Dialogue
• Engage in good-faith discussions and debates
• Provide constructive feedback rather than criticism
• Listen to and consider different viewpoints

Original Content
• Share your own authentic Wisconsin experiences
• Provide accurate information about locations and events
• Respect privacy when posting photos of others
Content Attribution
• Give credit when sharing others' content
• Respect copyright and intellectual property rights
• Obtain permission before reposting others' content
5. Privacy and Safety
Users must respect the privacy and safety of others:
• Do not share others' personal information without consent
• Respect boundaries and personal space
• Be cautious when meeting people from the platform in person
• Report suspicious or concerning behavior
6. Community Participation
Positive Engagement
• Support and encourage other community members
• Share helpful information and resources
• Celebrate Wisconsin culture and diversity
• Help maintain a welcoming environment
Community Responsibility
• Report violations of this conduct policy
• Help educate new users about community standards
• Lead by example through positive behavior
7. Enforcement and Consequences
Violations of this User Conduct Policy may result in:
• Warning or educational notice about the violation
• Temporary suspension of account privileges
• Removal of violating content
• Permanent account termination for serious or repeated violations
• Reporting to law enforcement for illegal activities
Reporting Process
Users can report conduct violations through our in-app reporting system or by contacting our support team at

8. Appeals Process
If you believe action was taken unfairly:
• Contact our support team within 14 days of the action
• Provide details about why you believe the action was incorrect
• Include any relevant context or evidence
• We will review your appeal and respond within 7 business days
9. Policy Updates
We may update this User Conduct Policy from time to time to reflect the evolving needs of our community. When we make significant changes, we will notify users through in-app notifications or other appropriate means.
